Another new guy
I am another new guy (growed up in Texas) now living in Ohio.
A couple of weeks ago I was wasting some time on Craigslist and came accross an add where a local guy wanted to trade a '76 Lowrider for a rail buggy. Well, I just so happen to have a nice buggy http://s888.photobucket.com/albums/a...126111546a.jpg so I shoot the guy an E-mail. No answer, and the add was deleated the same day. Damn!
But that's OK. If there is one guy wanting to make the trade, there must be another, right?
So the search began.
About 50 e-mails later, I found a guy with a '78 FLH about 60 miles west who was interested in working something out. Took my uncle (long time owner of a '78 Lowrider) to go take a look. Uncle gave the bike his stamp of approval, and I made the trade. http://s888.photobucket.com/albums/a...617121857a.jpg
Only problem with the bike was a broken clutch cable. Here is a brief rundown of my experience in attempting to make this simple repair.

Even with this little SNAFU, I'm happy I made the trade, and happier yet that I found this place.
All that said, in short, thanks for having me.
