I have been looking through the hdforums for years and finally got the time to create my own profile.
I'm originally from Georgia, but have been living in Germany for about 6 years thanks to the Army. In January I bought a 2012 WideGlide and since then I have put a little over 6,000 miles on it, it would be more but if you ever lived in Germany then you would know why... the weather sucks. Since buying the scooter I have basically lived at the Harley Davidson shop and am almost convinced that it is worse than crack because I just can't stop buying parts for it.
The forum is awesome, I have always looked online if I can't figure something out about the bike and google always led me here. There must be a reason.. The members here know what they are talking about and outside of that they have some bad a@@ bikes!
I look forward to picking through the threads as a member and being able to post replies. Take care and keep it on two wheels!
Welcome from an Airforce guy north of you. Weather can be dodgy , but some of the riding especially around the Ardennes and over into parts of Belgium and Holland can be pretty sweet. Let me if you even ride north. Cheers, Scott
