You didn't say how good of a price deal it is. But if you look around at other bikes in the pre-09 era you might be able to match the price with something that has less miles. Does the seller have the maintenance records, and was the maintenance done by the dealer or himself? When you look at the average miles per year (around 4K) that is not bad.
Look at NADA or KBB and see if the asking price is about average.
