Fresh Harley meat

Hello everyone. Just bought my first harley! 2000 xl883 with 8500 miles and bought for 3k (steal!). Newest bike I have ever owned. Ive had 82 yamaha xs650, 88 yamaha virago 1100, and a 82 yamaha maxim xj750. So the harley is a HUGE change.

So this is whats going on... Harley needs new tires. Factory size on it is 130/90/16 73H. My yamaha maxim has a 130/90/16 67H my question is can I put the maxim tire on the harley with the different load rating? The maxim tire has less than 400 miles on it so I would REALLY want to use it.
