New Nightster Owner from Ontario Canada

Hey guys, I've been looking around the forum for a week or so and figured I'd register. I picked up my nightster on sunday and got it on the road for the first time yesterday. I absolutely love it. I changed up a few things already, like flipping the mirrors and taking off the front fork reflectors, but a question I have pertains to the front fender and the legality of it in Ontario Canada. I was hoping a fellow canuck could help clarify the law when it comes to requiring one or not. Anyways, its good to be here and I look forward to posting.

(3) (http://www.e-laws.gov.on.ca/html/sta...0h08_f.htm#ss3) Every motor vehicle and every trailer shall be equipped with mudguards or fenders or other device adequate to reduce effectively the wheel spray or splash of water from the roadway to the rear thereof, unless adequate protection is afforded by the body of the motor vehicle or trailer or by a trailer drawn by the motor vehicle. R.S.O. 1990, c. H.8, s. 66 (3).
