I am very happy to have found this site. I own a '07 H-D FLHRC Road King Classic which you will be hearing more about later.
Right now, I just want to use this time to introduce myself & pass on once again how cool finding a site like this is to me.
I'm an old dude, (66 soon) but the thrill never stopped since my 1st 1965 Sportster when one had to retard the spark to bust a puff.
Things change at H-D often and hearing a good Harley mechanic say things like "that's a first for me" or "never seen it happen" is said more often these days.
I never owned anything else in 48 years & don't want to start now.
In my next post I will describe what just happened to my Road King with 22,000 mi. & would greatly appreciate hearing from others having the same thing happen to them, or from the many H-D Mechanic's out there (either H-D trained or from the college of hard knocks.
