As far as vibration issues, most people resolved when they changed exhaust. Also the dealers have been changing ruber mounts on some and exhaust brackets on others. I just changed the exhaust and never had a problem...
If you got the bike a week ago then you need to take it back. Some techs dont take test rides at highway speeds. I will say this as an hd tech. Extended test rides are a must for new bikes.
I've had mine since Nov 30, 2011. The vibration at 80mph/2900rpm is intolerable. I love the way it handles, the power, the way it looks. Its got 11,000 miles+Stage 1/Screamin' Eagle. The vibe is not better. It runs great but when I got off from an hour and a half freeway ride the other day, my hands were numb.
