Hello from the Dali!
Hi everyone,
Just joined up and just picked up not only my first Harley, but my first bike. I have never rode any motorcycle in my life, but have some friends who ride and they convinced me to give it a shot.
I wasn't sure what I would think...
I take the state safety class next week, but got my learner's permit last week. I was originally going for a Honda Phantom Shadow, but couldn't find one, and then saw a sweet black Harley Sportster 883 at a great price and had to jump on it. I still think the 883 cc's is a bit much for a starter/newbie, but my first few rides have been pretty good. Still getting used to the control locations and getting the hang of steering.
Anyhow, just thought I'd drop in and say "hi"!
