New from Duncanville Tx

I am new to this site. I have been on may other site out there but I just bought a 2008 FLHT and looking for a site that will help me understand the stock design. I have owned several older Harley's but they did not have a tool kit like the metric bikes I have owned. First things first. Does a new stock Harley come with a tool kit. If so where should it be located. What tools should be in it. Or is that just an option for Harley?
