Hi... been lurking for a short while deciding on a user name.
Been riding bikes on and off for years. Picked up a Ninja 650R in 08 but after modding
and lowering it was still like riding a dirt bike with no suspension.
I had a triple bypass in 2012 so I really thought my riding days were over
Especially since I couldn't lean on the Ninja tank.
~~Then~~
Myrtle Beach Bike Week 2013 changed all that
Found a 2011 883 superlow with 10 miles on it pristine condition and cheaper
than anything I found used. Came with windshield and battery tender. Errmaguuuurd!
Husband now has an empty seat on his electra glide ultra. He had to start me
in the parking lot again since I forgot a lot about riding with the surgery. Now it's on!
This is the best gift I ever got.
When my rich uncle gets out of the poorhouse she'll be lookin sweet. But until then
I just wanna go ride......
