Hello everyone. I've read several threads trying to get questions answered through google and this seems like a good community so I thought I'd join.
Being raised around bikers and parties, motorcycles are a part of me. I love them. All makes and models. I love to ride! First ride was a '93 katana. Awesome bike, wish I still had it. Then on to a '97 sporty 1200, sold cause I moved and didn't have the means to keep it. Got situated and bought a '02 shadow 600. Rode like a dream but just plain weak. Sold and bought my second sporty then some ***** ran a stop sign and put the fear of god in me. Took me a few years to get over that. Then I got back in the saddle with a '78 suzuki gs1000. Love it if you ever get the chance to ride one go for it. Which brings me to where I am now with a 2000 heritage classic I got from my father in law for a STEAL because he has a shoulder issue and can't hold the weight of the bike anymore. With a mostly screaming eagle engine this this is a beast! I will post pics of it as soon as I can and y'all can follow as I turn this grampa ride into my dream bike.
Thanks for having me. I look forward to cutting up with everyone.
