2014 Auto volume control

Welcome to the forum.
I also have a 2014 Limited with the 6.5 Infotainment system and the AVC does not work. I have attempted all settings, from one bar to four bars, and none work. At the 1000 mile check I noted that as a discrepancy and the service adviser said it is a software problem. The problem with that is I found another owner who has the identical bike as mine with the same software load and his AVC works fine. I will be back next week for my 5K check and will not accept that explanation this time.
I would be interested to learn if anyone else is having the same problem...
