Hi everybody. New member from ft.lauderdale and a proud owner of a 883XLC (what gave that away?)!!
This is my first Harley and I am lovin' it. Can't get enough. As for the "Luckiest Guy Ever" well, all I can do is thank my wife for that.
I've been kicking around the idea of gettin a Harley for awhile. She never seemed to care either way or at least that's what she led me to believe.
My timeframe was somewhere between 6 months to a year away when she surprised the hell out of me and had the sportster I was looking at online delivered to the house on my birthday. Let's just say that she will get whateverthehell she wants for the next 100 years or so!
Can't wait to spend more time here in the forums and have fun with you all.
Mike
I have a similar story...my wife talked me into getting this bike...it's cool to have a wife that's into all this...now you need to get her out there so you can enjoy it together!
Thanks for all the support!
I'll see what I can do about loading some pictures in the next few days. I'm on a Apple. Hope that doesn't complicate matters!
