Hi all! Nice forum you all have here! I am happy to report that I finally took the plunge and got a 2007 XL1200C! I've been drooling over HD's for decades that started with my Uncles AMF Sportster that I so desperately tried to hot wire at the ripe ole' age of 11 or 12 yrs old some 45 or so yrs ago. Now that the kids r grown and on their own I'm finally un-distracted again and have let my inner child out to play again! Whoohooooo! What a blast!
Cheers to all of u HD fans and riders!
Actually it wasn't that long ago good gawd! How long ago was it...geese us? Like 1975...I must have been about 10 then. So how just how young am I?
I don't really fit the typical Harley profile, which is way cool, but just not me unfortunately I'm just not über cool; though I am a bit of a lone wolf loose canon. I don't have any tattoos and I prefer to wear flip flops, shorts n tee shirts...think Jimmy Buffet on a hog...that's pretty close
