Hello All!
Oregon rider of non-Harley's (so far) here, checking in.
I actually could use a bit of help. For years my Uncle, an avid Harley enthusiast, told me I could have/buy his first Harley from him when I got old enough and a bit of riding experience under my belt. He never had any sons of his own, so I guess I was the next best thing. Unfortunately, he was diagnosed with ALS and was forced to sell his bikes to pay for his treatment and care, and at the time I didn't have even half the money this bike was worth. As is inevitable with ALS, he passed away, after only a 9 month battle. Some time has now passed and I now have the resources to buy a similar bike (I cannot locate the guy who bought the original). However, I don't remember exactly what model or year the bike was... I'm kicking myself for not remembering what he told me... I do remember it was kickstart or electric start and had quite a bit of work done. I'm not sure how much of the work was visible though, could have been all motor upgrades since my uncle said it was much faster than when he first bought it.
Any help with an ID on the bike would be greatly appreciated. Attached are the only pics I can find.
