Considering putting these on my wife's Softail Deluxe. She has always had Dunlops, as have I. I have heard pros and cons, what is your opinion of these tires. My main concern is grip on wet roads.
Had them on my Switchback. Loved the stick on the road and wear was decent. Didn't have a problem with wet roads. But have AM Elite on the SGS and handles well on wet roads. No complaints with either really.
My Springer is on it's 2nd set of MC 2's. Except for snow, I pretty much ride in any kind of weather. When I've ridden in the rain, I never had any issues with traction. I've experimented with Dunlops, Avon Venoms and now my MC 2's and I've gotten the best mileage with these tires. Opinions and mileage will vary, based on personal experiences but I'm totally happy with my MC 2's and plan to continue using them.
Yup. I had Commander II's on my Sporty. I liked them. Tried to replace my Dunlops on my Deluxe with them and was disappointed they didn't have WWW's. My Dunlop's only got 7800 miles on the rear tire.
