Yes, that set will fit ... but along with the front bearing change, you'll need a spacer sleeve (just like your 07 front) and a Bearing Shim.
You can get an installation kit from HD that has all those parts OR you can purchase bearings elsewhere and get the bearing shim (and sleeve if needed) separately from HD
You might have to enlarge the Clearance Hole in the Hub for the larger 25mm axle/sleeve ... but those Thunderstars are "Parts and Accessories" wheels and depending when they were originally purchased, they may already have the Enlarged Hole
