Tire change dyna beads
Also interested in the liquid that can seal punctures, need to try it at some point.
As for weights anytime you add a self balancing product you should remove the weights (they no longer function properly because you changed the dynamics with your wheel/tire combination).
Balance beads (designed for balancing tires) are designed to go through the stem hole (not sure what the correct term is).
Since it is not the valve stem itself, but were it is installed...
As for balancing tires (as a whole) you can use a variety of products, it's just a matter of getting it inside.
For instance allot of 4 wheeler's (over the years) have used BB's, air soft pellets exc.
I prefer the air soft pellets (they just polish everything inside), do the math, weigh out your pellets and drop them in the tire before you seal the bead.
They work great, used them for years.

I actually had a front that needed replacement under warranty once (wasn't due to beads) but something to keep in back of mind. Beads easy to remove when pulling a tire, not so sure about slime.
I had hoped beads would give me better tire life, but that doesn't quite seem to be happening, so, unsure. I guess it comes down to doing what is easiest, esp if in your garage doing it yourself. Also, if you only change tires every few years (log fewer miles or do the 1 front to 2 rears thing) I'd have to wonder if a liquid product in a tire would dry out in some climates.
Good luck!
