Default When HD begun using DOT 5?

I am going to buy brake calipers for my 99 Ultra. I think calipers are the same beginning fron 84 to 99. I am worrying about buying the same calipers with different fluid seals.
Will 2 piston calipers from later models fit my bike which was originally with single piston calipers?
Thanks.

My '77 owner's manual calls for Dot 5.

I bought a new 74 FX1200 which didn't use DOT5, so they must have introduced it after that. My FX had floating single-acting calipers both ends and Harley went to double-acting twin piston callipers in 1976 I believe. Perhaps they changed over to DOT5 then.
