FLHTC replace rear bearing
Hello to the best type of people in the world......Harley Davidson Drivers.
I would like to know how long it takes to replace the rear bearing in a 1992 FLHTC Elactra Glide. I just had it done and I'm in the dark. BUCK

All depends. Did ya drive the whole bike in and say change the rear bearings or did ya just take in the rear wheel and rim? It takes about a 90 minutes or more to remove bags, slip ons, axle, the tire and then reassemble it all. That's if nothing is rusted-seized, etc. Then removal and installing bearings...... I think 3 to 3 1/2 hours ain't to far off if it all goes smooth.
