Front brake vibration
I just changed the brake pads on front & rear on my 08 Ultra. There was a vibration in the front when moderate braking before changing and this did not improve after installing new pads. Are my rotors warped? Any fix?

Can you check the runout on your front rotor/disc? Make sure the mounting bolts on the disc are all tight...You may have a warped rotor but don't replace it yet without making sure it is in fact warped!

Yes there is pulsation on the lever. I tried to check for runout and found a little on the right rotor but nothing you could see visually ( I used a dial indicator but the set-up was lacking)

If you can get the setup on the dail indicator nice and firm, then recheck. Once you know exactly where the "high" spot is, you can gently tap on the rotor with a leather mallet. Gentle taps and recheck. It may take a while and several re-checks, but they can be straightened if they ar not way out of whack.
