Front End Wobble?

OK here is one for ya! I have a 05 fxstbi it wobbles coasting or decel. Ihave checked the following and they seem to be fine. balance, tire pressure, tire condition, neck bearings have no play with bike on stand. I did loosen the front axle a bit and it helped only marginally.
any thoughts?

Front end wobble
I have an 09 FXSTC, the other day I had dropped back from the group and while catching back up at about 75mph I noticed a slight wobble on the front end. When I got home I checked the pressure and it was dead on 30lbs. So, I was wondering if this is a characteristic of the small tire or what else could it be? It felt almost like a buffeting from a windshield which I dont have. Thanks
I just installed a front 18" radial in my Road King, and I had a front end wobble while decelerating from about 90 MPH.
I went back to the house, and after tire cool down I checked the tire pressure with three different gages, including a digital one. Come to find out, the gage from the compressor inflator is off by 4 PSI. It was marking 4 PSI over, and I went out with under inflated tires. I corrected the tire pressure, and all is well.
