New wobble and vibration

New wobble and vibration
I suddenly have two new issues with the front end.
Doesn't feel like the usual neck bearing issue with the softails.
At low speeds, under 20mph, on a long sweeping turn, I feel a bit of a wobble. And at hiway speeds, 70mph and up, I get a lot more vibration in the handle bars. Really numbs the hands.
I wonder if anyone has experience with this and/or does this sound like a front wheel possibly out of round or maybe loose spokes ??
I'll be taking to the shop for a new rear tire this week and will ask them to check the front. But I'd like some good info before I get the usual BS from the HD shop. I can't get it in to my normal indy right now.
