I agree with hog-doc. Fitting a spacer will be fine as the front pulley is much wider than the rear and the belt will realign itself on the front. However there is not much clearance (on my Glide) for a spacer behind the pulley, before the pulley hits the swingarm.

If you have say 3/16" clearance between pulley ans swingarm, I suggest the thickest spacer you should fit is 1/8", but that needs to give around 1/16" belt clearance! You may find things are very tight in there!

I am not for sure cause I can't remember, but I think I have enough room between pulley and swing arm to gai what I need for some belt clearance.my main concern was getting the front and rear pulleys too far out of alignment, but it sounds like I should be fine on that part too. I will try to space it out this weekend, and let u guys know how it worked. Thanks again for the help!

From my experience some EVO harleys have no issues with 140-90 tires on the rear,
but my old 94 FXSTC (gone) took me hours to move the wheel (cast)and pulley
into position so everything cleared and ran straight. 1/8" is what I needed.
