Default Pissed up rear brake

After changing my rear tire I have done something to **** up my rear brake. 2011 RG Ultra

When I put the wheel back on initially, I did not have the brake bracket installed properly. Ie the swing arm in the slot. I put about 10 miles on it and found that my brake would not hold. If I pumped it I had brakes however, a tenth of a mile or so the pedal would go flat again.

After seeing the error in my install, I corrected my mistake. Noting that I have a blue rotor. I still had a flat pedal.

I have bled, and bled the system. Using both a vacum pump and the pedal. I am not seeing any bubbles coming out of the bleeder. I have cleaned the caliper and am seeing the pistons move. After reinstalling, the caliper for the last time and setting the brakes, I let a week pass and the pedal was still solid.

However, once underway, I am back to the same condition get about a tenth of the mile down the road and the brake is gone again.

Is it possible that I jacked up the rotor and that it is pushing the pads back? Or do I have a bleeding problem still?

After further review, I am thinking I have jacked up the rotor. With the bike on the jack I rotated the wheel and watched the rotor through the caliper. Both pads are getting pushed back, and on half the revolution the rotor is in contact with the inboard pad, and the other half in contact with the outboard pad. Once rotated, the pedal is gone. Hit it again and the pads seat on the rotor.

Son of a @#$%% I struck again!!!
