Anyone have a 21" front wheel on a flhtk or any full bagger?
I was wanting to know if it would mess up the ride on my bike by going 21"front & 17" rear. Has anyone had a problem, or been unhappy with a 21" front.
I would also be interested to know. from what ive read 18 and 18 are best for handling. max 19 front would be interested to know how a 16 rear and 19 front would feel on a standard bagger
I just procured 21's for my ride from a friends SG. Got a killer deal that couldnt pass. Matching rotors, Metzlers and wheels for under a grand.....Thats what I said....Changed the whole look of my old scooter. 21's rides much better than stock 16's. Did a trip to the dragon mid July, handled great and with the wife unit telling me to slow down. Good luck, D

Just wondering. I have a 16 factory rear tire on my 2015 streetglide special. Is it ok to keep the 16 on the rear or do I really need to change that to a 17 inch to put a 21 on. And why. Thanks peps
Ok. I think I have this all figured out now. Lol.
So for a 21 with a nice amount of rubber so I can really ride, go with a 120/70/21.
Switch my back wheel to a 17 inch wheel and get a 200/?/17 tire. (What would the middle number be?)
Would i still need to lower the front end so the headlight will be level? And by doing this I won't have any abs issue correct? And I'm thinking I should do a 21x3.5 on the front and what would the rear 17 be in diameter?
Thanks a ton for the help
