squeaking brake

I did not really notice it much after getting my bike back from having a brake job done,but my front brakes is always squeaking when I apply them.what can I do to stop this?It is not helping on picking up the ladies.

Since I changed to Lyndall Z's pad I won't go back to HD's pads,, didn't have a squeal problem on either, but the lack of dust and as good or a little better brake I am sold on the Z pads. and they are equal in cost.
