Here is my winter mod on my RK. I removed the license plate bar, installed LEDs that flash when braking where the bar was, added a license mount/bullet signals, and replaced the stop cover with a laydown verion. You can also just make out the dual trumpet air horns:
I was all over the Kury bullet turn signal/license plate relocation kit a year ago because I wanted to mount the license plate below the tailight on my '04 EG and the Kury was about $119 versus the HD product at $249. But the Kury piece was in their catalog for at least a year without it being produced so I grew impatient (not bad since I was waiting and waiting for Kury), bit the bullet and bought the HD when I did the FLHX fender. I am glad you got the Kury piece and you are pleased with it.
And thanks for the link to the strut mounted LED's. I have been thinking about getting rid of the strut support tube or simply buying a take-off FLHX unit since those don't have the two holes for the license plate support bracket.
