Quick (dumb) question. I'm putting a stock HD springer on my Dyna. I need to know what size rotor for a '96 FXSTS Springer front end. It is one of two pieces I need to finish my project! Thanks.
Mine are round. That's about all I know. No one has ever asked me to compare rotor diameters before. Sounds like some other kind of size comparison.
On a serious note, I'd consult a dealer service dept or HD direct. You might get an answer here but how confident are you Johnny in his garage with a beer and a tape measure will give you the right answer?
Exactly, what's so hard with doing that? Wouldn't it have been a lot better to do that than criticize others for not giving him the answer that he wanted? Like has already been said, maybe nobody here knew about it or had even thought about it.
ORIGINAL: Hammer02
In 8 seconds I googled it and found that the rotors are 11.5 inch.
That was for an 06 FL series.
I don't know if it's the same across all years and all models but I figured if I could invest 8 seconds into finding the answer....so could you.
Some people google. I come here. I'd rather ask my harley bros than waste time going through ads trying to sell me stuff. Simple question, simple answer. That's all I was askin' for. And thanks fatboylust.
