Carbon Fiber Helmet

Left snowy New England and came to Disney World! Looked up Advanced Carbon Composites here in Orlando the makers of the Carbon Fiber Helemts that many of you have recommended. Well I was fitted and bought one. It is the most comfortable, low profile, DOT helmet I have ever worn. Extremely nice people there and they threw in extra foam pads for the inside and gave a great discount for purchasing at their location. Totally awesome company, highly recommended!!!

Are you saying that they custom fit a helmet to your head??? I've been trying to find someone that will do just that. I have a very difficult time finding a helmet that fits the shape of my head. If possible, I'd like to see a photo of the inside of your helmet. Thanks... very [sm=interesting.gif]

Not custom made for head, but I tried on various shells with different liner sizes. There is a washable removable liner (pad) that makes the helmets fit differently.

I'd like to know more too. I have a 22" circ, cabeza (7 1/4) and all the dealership's DOT skullcaps give me a BAD case of the mushroom head.

I have one too and I love it. I think a lot of us here have them now. There has been a couple of other threads on the forum about them, you can do a search.
