Thanks for your reply Tn. Heritage. Happy New Year. Did you look at your MAP to see what was changed in your MAP to give you the additional 10 ft lbs of torque? I'm just curious what was changed (VE tables or lambda table) to give you the additional boost.
Are you sure you can re-load the stock MAP without any trace? I know that you can re-load the marring MAP, but I have not read that you can re-load it without a trace of it ever being loaded into the ECM. I've wondered the same thing that mmeddle1 expressed.
If I have my VE table and AFR table synced up for my mods (intake and pipes) would I have to use that tab? Wouldn't the MAP, IAT and 02 sensors adjust for the changes from the beach to the mountains? I still don't understand how you richen it up any more that about 14.1 in the closed loop, without taking the MAP into the open loop.
Does that unit have to be mounted to my bike? I would rather not have it mounted if possible.

Thanks for your help.
They changed the way it looks at map ve vs tps ve , I'm checking with my tuner to be sure but it made a big difference in the way mine felt as to when the power comes on intital throttle response down low. Don't get me wrong it ran great before but Justin tuned another bike when they 1st made the change and he noticed a better more complete tune than the 2014 way.
Thanks Tn. Heritage. Let me know what changed when you compare the two MAP's or talk to the tuner.
I'm guessing from your user name that you are in Tennessee. I travel to Bristol, TN frequently for work. I take my bike when I can. That area is absolutely beautiful and the folks that I have met out there have been fantastic.
