Know there are many threads about seats but not many for the 2014 FLHTCU---at 6'3--255--need a seat that moves me back and slightly up--have tried the HD tallboy demo and not that impressed---any ideas--thanks
You could try Mean City Cycles & have them customize your stock seat for not too much coin. I had them lower & narrow my Mustang Super touring seat & it turned out great.

I'm in the same boat and just picked up the tallboy and plan on trying it out today. The seat I took back (low profile zeppelin) was pretty good and I probably would have bought it except for the fabric cover that I think won't last very long, that and the exorbitant price tag.
I got the heated hammock seat over Christmas. Love the seat, my wife really loves the heat, but now I need new handlebars. The seat definitely moves you back and up from the stock seat, and I now have to stretch to reach the bars.

$.02 YMMV
Bad news on that. Word from Mean City is that they can't put you back further at all with that stock seat. Good news is that Mustang makes a new seat specifically for Rushmores. It is the Mustang "Summit" seat. I have one and there are other threads here about it. Based on what OP was wanting I can highly recommend and it looks killer.

I have a dealer demo hammock heated seat that I'm trying out. I'll be riding tomorrow but so far (in garage) I've noticed that I sit about an inch higher and back a bit. But this seat doesn't really look anything like the CVO Limited seat. The part # is supposed to be: 52000177. I even went so far as to remove my Harley adjustable backrest since the seat's suspension system is affected by resting on the adjustable backrest base and probably affects its performance.
Maybe the dealer demo seats don't look the same as the actual (non CVO) heated hammock purchased over the counter?
