Default Saddle bag lights

Just installed the lights on my saddle bags and all the lights work except for the brake lights. Im sure they said they are running turn and brake lights. But no brake lights working. Any ideas does it have to go in and have some flash or something. Canadian part # is 67800449. Help Thanks. 2014 SGS.

Website says "run/brake/turn"...

maybe you have the brake wire switched with the run wire...? I would imagine that it should still change intensity when using the signals though.... :-/

I have them on my FLHTK (US version). Brake lights work. Maybe the modulator is bad? That would be my guess. Kind of hard to get the wiring wrong as they are plug N play.

Oh... yeah... I was thinking that they had to be assembled to pass through the bag, but I forgot that they are PnP....

Was looking at those and the plasma lights from Custom Dynamics for my 2014 FLHXS
But could not figure out if there was a quick disconnect on the HD lights when you remove your bags. Or is one needed to wire one into the wiring somewhere with a plug like the one on the battery tender.
Sure hope I did not get too for off of the OP's original thread with this subject

Just noticed they gave me the wrong ones part #67800241. They were to give me part #67800241. Now I have to go back and see what they will do as i have them installed. This should be fun.

Tilt the bag out and there is a plug behind it on each side.

Not sure if Canadians are any different but here in US saddle bags lights are same except red/smoke lens difference. We have them on our both Limiteds the Low was done by dealer before delivery and I installed on my 15 Limited my self and they work as running/brake/turn lights. I also made some big rig side marker LED lights on mesh stainless steel inserts for the 2 holes between the bags and the fender and wired them running/turn and brake lights and the look is same as stock not over or under brighter and single row of LED bulbs.

Actually, there are three versions (lens color aside) one for Ultra & LTD models, one for RK and CVO models (and CDN Street Glides) and another for domestic Street Glides.
