This is a follow-up to a recent post on my Dyno numbers. Some were questioning the results, this is the first Dyno I've had done and I'm really thrilled with the results. I have a 14' Limited with 103, Fuelmoto head pipe and tuned exhaust and a power commander tuner. The chart is saying peak tourque at 118 and hp at 97. What am I missing here? Are these results questionable? Thanks guys.
Your HP number seems only slightly inflated. Certainly attainable with a giddy Dyno. Your TQ number is super questionable to me. I have a stage 4 with Baisley SS Heads, high compression pistons, 58mm throttle body and t-man 660 cams with a D&D fatcat and my tq number at initial tune was 119. So either the Dyno was very generous or FuelMoto is about to have a rush on their head pipe and they should increase production immediately.
That said, numbers are just numbers. If you like it and you're happy with it, that's all that really matters.

Could this be because the dyno used 'standard' smoothing, which may be up to 4% higher than SAE smoothing?

even 4% lower puts this at 113 tq. and for a stage 1, that's a heck of a stretch.
Here's my Dyno sheet from a Stage 1 with a VH Power Dual pipe and a TTS mastertuner. 86/103. The big motor work was done the following October when it was snowing here!

You are still better than my '14 FLHTK (81hp/95tq). I also have the power duals, but used a SEPST for the dyno tune. My mufflers are V&H twin slash ovals and I have an SE ventilator AC. I would have thought my numbers would be a bit higher. Anyway the bike seems to have enough power and runs well.
I can only tell you how well the bike runs since the Dyno, I couldn't be happier. I'm a pretty aggressive rider and the bike responds much better than it did with just the stage 1.
I don't have my dyno sheet handy but my 14 SGS with S&S Power Tune Dual headers, SE Agitator AC and 4" Rineharts with competition baffles was 86.8 hp and 103.4 tq which is in line with most others with the same mods. An SE pro tuner was used for the tune.

No way you get those mumbers with your mods... Something is very fishy...
