Rode to Phoenix this weekend temp on the screen was 117 degrees bike ran great no hot thighs coolant level hasn't changed nock on wood I got a good one.
My 14 is back there again. At the dealer i mean. I have requested they replace the engine at this point. They have offered to buy the back and give me a 15 at cost but with all the mods i have done i really dont want that. My end game here was not to get a new bike but to fix the one i have and make it right. We will see.
My 14 Limited is 11 months old, 26,245 miles and has never leaked, burped or farted coolant. However, I have added coolant several times (once when jug was near empty). Dye tested twice and reveals no leaks. Just returned from a 4,000 mile trip, down about quarter inch. I've never been overly concerned with adding the small amount of coolant needed, have ridden hundreds and hundreds of miles with temps near 100, and never had a single problem with the bike. Couldn't be happier with the reliability of this bike!!
Mine is back for the 6th time right now. I have many posts about coolant leaks on here.
They have now replaced the rear head and the front head on my bike so basically the whole cooling system is new. At least the part that can leak. When they removed the rear exhaust pipe they we able to find the dye from the coolant in the pipe. The MOCO said to replace the head. I don't have the bike back yet but we will see if that fixes it. I am not in the market for them to replace the bike due to the many upgrades but the next step will be a new engine.

Yours seems to be the worst case of all, been following your posts for awhile. I hope it get resolved to your satisfaction and really hope the MoCo does something for you, an extended warranty would be the right thing. Good Luck...
Just got back from a 2000 mile trip -checked the coolant along the way and all seems to be OK. Went through Canada so there was a wait at the boarder and the fans kicked on - so, I know all is working OK.
