All I saw was scan. I tried to reset it from the usb menu. I have never had any problems with the system. The only problem I had was the volume control wouldn't work all the time. Once I learned to not start the bike until it had booted up all the way I had no more problems. I might add I haven't done any updates. It's not the 6.5 system so I figured I didn't need to update anything.

OK... I just went to the garage and fiddled with mine - it's a 6.5 but should function the same I think... while your radio is playing from the USB, and the display is showing the song being played, select Menu. This will bring up some options... One of the options toggles between "Presets" and "Seek". Below that is the Scan button - leave the Scan button alone. You probably only see the "Preset" button, press that "Preset" button and it will change to "Seek". Your left toggle lever should work now to go to the next song. Hope this helps.

There is so much to remember you really have to play with the infotainment on a daily basis or you will forget how to use it. For me that's call oldtimers.

This^^

On a side note reading the manual a little each night, right before I get some shut eye has helped enormously in discovering options I didn't know existed on this somewhat confusing audio system. Hope you figure it out!

Thanks for everything. Once I pushed the preset button it changed to seek and all is well. I never fool with that stuff so I don't know all I should. That is a good thing but it can be bad as well. It was going to be a long ride to Sturgis without being able to change songs
