Those are the 2-up detachable tour pack mount. for Rushmores
2014 and newer Detachable 2-Up Tour-Pak Mounting Rack-53000221 Chrome or 53000459 Black, 2014 4 point Docking Kit 52300131 Chrome or 52300354 Black, this is what you will need to mount a Tour-Pak.
Thanks. I allready have a docking kit and detachable rack. I wanted a fixed mount for the bike, not a detachable one. Got a good price on a used one but unsure if it would fit.

I have the stock tour pack mount off of my 14 Limited. I added a detach kit when the bike was 2 months old.
