They put the antenna level with the top of the radio on the right side when looking at the bike from the front. Somewhere around the red circle in the attached pic.

If the antenna isn't a 'A' version, which it may be with the new modules, I would go ahead and get it. I have had zero issues since the replacement. Haven't even had the occasional known issue where it starts making popping noises that requires a bike shutdown for a few minutes to resolve.

I Can't see HD including this as It retails for 68.00, I ordered It to avoid Issues.
