4.3 issue

My thumb drive connected to the USB port has started screwing up. It may play all day just fine or one song and that's it. It always goes back to #1 song on the list when it does then just scan's "reading" forever. This problem came on shortly after I selected "shuffle" and I cant get out of shuffle until it decides to start working on its own. Any ideas
Has the 1.18.3 download now.

I'd start with the most recent update from HD. My thumb drive works fine with the 4.3 radio and the 1.19.2 update.

Thanks for that info, that was my next step to see if they finally came up with another update.

Ive had similar issues as well. some seem to be radio and some my iphone... I can reset my phone (on/off) and usually fixes alot of the problems..

This happened to me as well. Happened after I added new songs, try another thumb drive. I had to re-format andreload all my music but now works fine.

I've had similar problems and it was always resolved by reformatting the thumb drive so I'm not so sure it a Harley problem other than it might be corrupting the thumb drove.

I originally thought my thumb drive was taking a crap so got a new one and loaded the songs on it. Worked for about 1 day then back at it again so I downloaded the 1.19.2 "thanks Frank" and it works great. Funny thing is, it does go back to the song playing when I shut it off but it shows it as #1 song with no name of the song on the screen. After the song is over it continues to shuffle and everything shows on the screen as it should.
So far it always goes to the screen I last was on so if I have the damn thing off it stays off even after start up. Off meaning black screen with clock only.
