Everyone knows about the twisted sisters route, but at the Frio Canyon Motorcycle stop this summer they have an area map in the main area. On the map is another route called the 3 Brothers or something like that. It's immediately west of the sisters and looked longer and not as demanding.
Anyone have any info on it? I should have took a pic of the map but didn't.

[QUOTE=chadk;15661661]I am actually a native of Leakey, where two of the three sisters intersect. Not much of a better place to stay to ride the sisters in my oppinion. this October we stayed at the YO in Kerville, and are booked at another Kerville place for Arpil.
I take a group (at least one) down there at least once a year. We've been doing in in late Sep early Oct., but the group has already made plans to go again in April. In the spring I am real concerned about rain, but would probably be the best time to see the blue botnets. the LBJ state park is there between Johnson City and Fredericksburg. I'm sure you know Lady Bird is responsible for a great deal of the bluebonnets.

The Apple pie place, I think Medina, and if you're going to be that close hit the Alamo Springs Café, and Luchenbach.
