So I had a 110" drop in kit installed in my 2014 SGS this week and I just got a call saying the final tweek on the dyno will be done by lunchtime tomorrow.
I ended up not using the 255 cams and kept my Andrews 57H. I also had them use a .30 cometic head gasket and installed some rock outs. I cant wait to pic it up! I will post up the numbers once I have the sheet.
I have the same cam & I'm very interested to see your results!
And thanks BTW

I got the CVO street kit with the heads. I just got a call from the shop and the o2 sensors on the dyno were hosed so no bike untill Monday. Initial runs were putting TQ at 117.
Well I picked up my bike tonight and was very happy with the results. 98HP and 120TQ. The ride home was fun and the bike pulls nice and strong. It did develop a loud ticking in the front rocker box about half way home, so the dealer is going to sent a truck and take it back. Not happy about that beciase they have had if for two weeks.
I was talking with a couple different builders yesterday about this kit and both expressed concerns with the 4" bolt on cylinders. Something to do with the sheath thickness not being thick enough and could/would be a problem. I'm sure I'm not explaining that right but it now has me wondering about this kit and even some of the 107" kits from other places as well.
The bike got picked up today to investigate the ticking. When I started the bike this morning, it was quiet. I took it out for a ride and it appeared to be fine, after about 35 miles, the sound came back as I was pulling into a gas station. It wasn't as loud as it was last night, but it was certainly not normal. Thech thinks that one of the lifters is bleeding out.
