Default Ultra Limited value

Considering selling my much loved 14 Limited and wonder what you guys think it's truly worth. 9,000 miles.

Daytona blue pearl. Around 5 grand in HD upgrades. Rear tire has under 1,000 miles, replaced due to nail in old tire.

Upgrades include CVO hammock leather heated seat, CVO leather tour Pak backrest, matches the seat. CVO dash treatment, XM radio setup, factory color matched rear bag filled strips, HD LED slant tail light, LED rear fender tip that works with brake light, airwing luggage rack, HD slipstream highway pegs, front and rear floorboards, lined bags and tour Pak, Legend AXEO front suspension and Legend Revo shocks, clearview windshield, SE oval air cleaner, SE street cannon slip-ons, HD garage door opener installed by dealer. SE stage one dealer download. I'm sure I'm forgetting something,

It's as close to a CVO Limited as I could go without adding the 110 kit. Bike has never been down

Add on's you've done do make a small increase to the price of the bike, but if you were trading it in at a dealer, you would probably get around $17,000. The dealer would probably put it back on the showroom floor for about $20,500. So somewhere in that range seems reasonable.

Thanks guys, about what I thought. If I do this I realize it must be a great deal for the buyer, especially considering the new M8 motor.

last time I looked Kelly Blue book listed retail at 22,000 for a stock, this was like a month ago. Why you wanting to sell it?

Kelly Blue Book has the 2014 FLHTK in excellent condition from a dealer at $20,640. NADA has the average retail as $20,325. Add on's and to tone paint does add to the price. The big drop in prices this year was with the 2013 and earlier models.

IF you're looking to trade it in to a dealer then pull off all of your "add-ons" (assuming you have the stock items to re-install) and sell those separately on eBay. "Add-ons" might be worth something to you but dealers seldom care and won't give you much, if anything for them. However, IF you decide to sell it to a private party then those same "add-ons' might have a perceived value to a perspective buyer.

I had a Yamaha 950 with about $1,500 worth of "add-ons" that I wanted to trade in. After returning the cycle back to stock I sold those "add-ons" for $1,000 on eBay.
