Hey all. Looking to pick up a set for my 14 SGS. Any recommended sellers for quality after market or even new take-offs? Been scouring internet/eBay, can range anywhere from 140 to OEM at around 190. Looking for 1st hand experience that you would buy from again. Thanks!

Try an ad in the Forum WTB section.. I picked up a like new set with the factory short bag support, like a $100 to my door. I was concerned with cutting them and then deciding to ditch them... But at this point I'm okay with the look..The Factory 47 guards are my favorite but about $350
...for now I'm good.

I went aftermarket off of ebay BUT you have to be careful, first set I got the right side was welded wrong, while it fit the bike it was 1/8 from the bag and then played hell returning them..
second set I bought came from a seller in NY called thealphamoto and man they were well made..
FYI if you go aftermarket on ebay stay FAR AWAY from usamotorpartsfactory they will drag their feet on defective item returns
it shouldn't take 6 weeks once you provide photos and a video of the issues

+1 installed a set I bought off Eday today, big buffalo in black $83 free shipping.
Just ordered the Factory47 Anarchy guards based on previous posts by RFG on this topic. I expect they will look great with the Yaffe Monkey Bars (similar lines and diameter). They are a bit pricey (particularly in Canadian $) but they will be on the bike for a long time, and I have seen only great comments about the quality.

You're gonna love the way they look. Much better in person. Just watch the shins getting on and off. Lol. Guess how I found out.
I had HD ones on my 2015 RGS but took them off before I traded for my 2017 RGS. They have not been re-installed as I never quite got used to the looks of them. I will probably regret that decision once I drop it.
FYI - there are some cheap saddlebags on ebay that look pretty good. Been thinking about getting these for abuse and storing the OEMs for later. http://www.ebay.com/itm/162095917277...%3AMEBIDX%3AIT
