Just picked up my bike from out of storage today. When I got home, I was messing around with the radio, etc. and noticed the Media is greyed out. I can't connect bluetooth, etc. Suggestions?
A USB or ipod connected to the usb media port will be recognized immediately, if you were using it when you shut down the bike, last used device.
Blu tooth takes a minute or two to find the device pair etc. so you if you haven't been using the bike, i would just go thru the pairing of the phone again and all should be well.
But even the next time you start the bike the blue tooth takes longer to be recognized as a media item then a device directly connected via usb cable and if so Sirius or fm may be the default connection.
I wonder if it might make sense to have a separate forum just to deal with the seemingly endless issues and possible fixes for the "infotainment system" on the Rushmores?
I only expect mine to function as an expensive clock, and it excels at that, but a go-to place for the folks who actually want to use the functions they paid for (imagine that!) and try to make it work as advertised might be nice.

Sorry you find them offending. Doesn't matter to me one way or the other.
It just seemed like a separate forum would be useful to the folks who actually use the system and have to deal with the glitches, bugs, updates etc.
