I own a 2014 Ultra Classic with 107 big bore and level b heads 114 hp/127 tq installed aug last year.
Ive been chasing a bad vibration i can feel it in the bars, floor boards, and seat. if i pull the clutch in or drop down to neutral it goes away 100% but when bring the rpms back up while in neutral or when clutch pulled in bike starts vibrating again. rode for about 50 miles no problem stopped at gas station came back out to leave felt like it was gonna fall apart.
So far I have checked front wheel bearings (good) front motor mount (good) pulled cam chest out to check run out (.0045) check the complete exhaust system everything was tight had good clearance. Later today im gonna pull the rear tire off to check those bearings. I dont know what else to check. Any help is appreciated.

I do not think it is wheel bearing if the issues goes away with the clutch pulled in. I know you checked the exhaust, but did you check the muffler saddlebag hanger rubber bushing. I had my left muffler get stuck in the bushing causing me a vibration while under power.

Yes i checked those changed both out right one was bad.
That is kinda puzzling. Seems like its certainly oriented to the motor or preclutch drive train. I think I would look at the primary chain. I don't know if you put in an after market cam chain tensioner or if its the stock automatic adjusting. If the chain has adjusted too tight, it might cause a pulsing feeling in the bike.
If it is the primary chain, that may be pointing to other problems, i.e. bent crank or mainshaft.
How is your motor oil level?

Checked the run out on the crank .0045 on the right side and .0095 on the left side. So it's looking like new crank for me might step it up with Fuelmoto 117

Had a friend with a similar issue on his 08 Ultra. Not sure if this applied, but it ended up being in the primary. Chain tensioner was too tight and the shoe was worn also his front primary sprocket retaining nut had backed off a bit so the front primary chain pulley was a little lose and making a chattering noise and vibration under a load.

I thought about that. Checked the chain it was good and the Compensator nut was still torqued down. Gonna put it all back together and take it in to get checked out and go from there

.0045 Runout? How many miles are on this build? You cant even go with gear to gear cams with more than .003 according to S&S.
