Has the brake fluid been flushed? If so, when?
Has the bike had any recalls? If so, have they been completed?
Does it have aftermarket exhausts? If so, ask if there is tuner included with the bike.
That's about all I can think of off the top of my head. The Rushmore bikes have been excellent machines. You'll enjoy it. Congratulations!

I have a 2015 RGS absolutely no issues. BTW no tuner is needed as long as just slip ons were changed. I did do a Power Vision tuner when I decided to put on the VO2 V&H breather.

It has 2 to 1 Thunderheaders, S&S breather, and SE tuner.

I forgot to mention that it would be nice if you had proof that all the maintenance had been performed over the years. Also, take a look at the front spark plug wire where it routes up under the tank. Some of them were rubbing on some Rushmore models.

Can I ask a personal question? How many miles on the 15 and how much are you purchasing for.
The only reason I ask is because I have a new Heritage on order and am trying to decide if I should sell or keep my RGS.

Just under 6k miles. Ill let you know how much after I pick it up so I dont jinx myself...lol
