Sirius XM Traffic Service Suspension?

Out for a ride and noticed my subscription to XM Traffic is not working, grayed out and not accessible. Fuel, Weather and Forecast seem to be working fine. Called XM and they say they have suspended Traffic/Parking service until at least September due to the current situation. Also said they are having an issue with the "Harley Davidson platform" whatever that means. He said they are working to resolve the issue with HD. If someone has the Traffic service and could just check to see if it is working on your bike I would greatly appreciate it. I use the Traffic service a lot and would hate to lose it for the entire Summer...thank you! And talking with their representatives, ugh!

IUOE Rob - thanks for sharing. Sorry, I don't have it on now as my bike is still in the garage. Weather has been bad here and, we are still at home.

Shouldn't is be the same if you have it in your vehicle - so, maybe someone here has it installed in the car - they can share if it works.

This is also one of the reasons I am considering upgrading to the new GTS radio so I can use android auto

Just checked my XM traffic. All appears to be working. Both alerts and flow. I am seeing alerts icons and green, yellow and red traffic speeds.

My bet is - it is XM, not MACO. After all, you are paying them for the service.

Looks like Randy is saying his is working. I would call them back and have them send a new signal to update
