"Required" button for GTS Stereo Upgrade
On the web page it states the following: "In the box: Radio, required hand control insert, GPS antenna, installation instructions".
Do any of you know if this "button" will work with the lighted switches? If not...I will just leave this button off.
I also asked my dealer to confirm that the current XM module will work with the new radio. Service says the heard it will - but have yet conformed.
Don't know about working with lighted controls; my right control isn't lighted.

Also, the Sirius module out of my GT head unit was purchased 3-7-2017 and is HD part number 76000351, it is working just fine in the GTS head unit I installed last fall. Just slid it right out of the GT head unit, and it slid right into the GTS head unit. I did my own install and I have an amp, so once the dealer did the programming/authorizing on the GTS head unit using DigitalTech, the satellite radio was playing without having to call them at all... everything was/is functioning (traffic, weather, music, etc).
I also used the same USB cable that was on the GT head unit with the new GTS head unit and have not had any issue with doing software updates, using the phone, playing music from phone, or playing music from the flash stick I usually leave plugged into it with 30gigs of music on it.

I put the regular "back" switchcap on my bike for now because the lighted version of the cap is on backorder by Harley. The lighted version of this cap is PN: 71500484. I found it in the install instructions of the latest version of the lighted switch kit.
I ordered PN: 71500484 through New Castle's site on May 10th. On the 12th of May, they emailed me to let me know the keycap was backordered with an expected 16JUN20 release (I see at least four orders looking for this part on New Castle's customer special order page) .
Meanwhile, the non-lighted version of the cap (with the back arrow instead of the Info "i" icon) snaps right in place (remove the face of the switch housing, take a pick and pop the turn signal switch cover off, snap the new cover in place) and until it's dark, it's indistinguishable from the other switchcaps. It is kind of weird to see the big unlit section on the right hand side of the switches though: no turn arrow or back arrow is visible! However, leaving the stock "i" key on your lighted switches won't be a problem- just remember that the only function of the key is to go back in menus. It will no longer pull up the bike info page.
