I'm finally tired of getting my hands banged up and bloody from checking my tire pressure and putting air in the tires. Can I put on those 90 degree value extensions to the existing stems? If so, where can a buy them? It's for a 2015 Ultra.
My bloodied hands will thank you. I had to throw away 3 tire gauges yesterday that didn't work. The 4th one was digital and the battery was dead. Had to go to Batteries Plus for 2 new batteries. It's a Slime model and still couldn't get it to read pressure. I give up!! Please help!
Hey Gov, I feel your pain lol! It ain’t easy getting old. I use my J&S jack to lift it high enough to get to em without a lot of drama. I don’t know if it would or wouldn’t, but I stayed away from the 90 degree adapters as in my mind, it’d seem to add stress which might eventually cause a break somewhere down the road, probably when it was raining and in the middle of a trip. But that’s just MY luck, yours might be a lot better :-)
YES, I know about them, but the monitor system is only Half the battle. What's really killing my hands is trying to get TO the tire valve with the chuck from my Air compressor. I want something that will help me get the air into the tire with EASE. But thanks for the reply! I appreciate it.
