Riders recommendations on what they found to work best,
what number did you find for two up riding?.
Just picked a used 2021 ultra limited.
I read the hd cart settings, but i hoping for riders input.
Thanks gary
I think this will really depend on total bike weight with you, your passenger and the gear. When I ride alone with little gear, I use 7-8. with the wife I use 18-20 and with both of us and full bags and tour pack 22-23. I'm at about 240 in riding gear.

Ive been messing with mine since I bought bike. Service manual says for my lady & I should have shocks all the way up and that is definitely incorrect for me. Ive found somewhere between 3-4 is best. Still on the fence about upgrading rear shocks. Sometime I think set between 3-4, its good enough to not drop $8-900 on upgrade.
My 2015 ultra low does not ride as good as my 2006 did. It hugs the curves better but doesnt ride as good on the flat road. If/ when I do upgrade I will probably go with Super Shox.
I personally find this chart way off! I'm 210 & my wife is 125...if I went by the chart, I'd be at the highest setting...no chance.
For the 2 of us, I have it set at 9...and it's none too soft.
I have a 2015 streetglide and just installed the 13" premium shocks . First ride today I found that #4 setting was good for me (210 lbs.) and # 12 setting was good when my wife was on it .
On my 2011 StreetGlide I run the shocks on 3 one up and 6 two up. On the 2016 Ultra I set them to 4 one up, 8 two up and 10 two up loaded.
I'm 180 and wife is 135 and both have the Low 12" shocks.
